What a great experience from start to finish! I’m a new homeowner and had an issue with my heat. I’ve never had to call for repair and was hopeful of finding the right company. After one of my neighbors gave me good feedback after her experience I decided to give a call. Very pleasant customer service over the phone and their head tech Adam was over the next day. Minor issue with wiring and a quick repair. He explained everything and was very patient as I had questions. Cost of service was very fair in my opinion. Thanks for the help guys, you got a customer for life!
Adam came in to fix another provider issue . Called him again a month after regarding hvac acting up & he came in on the same day to take a look at it. No issues were found & didn’t charge the service fee. Trust worthy & my go to hvac & a/c maintenance guy going forward. Highly recommend!!
Adam and Chris were very personable and professional. They cleaned my furnace and even checked to make sure each component was working properly (I had been told by the prior company something was failing) and they confirmed that nothing was failing. I will definitely be using Jet Heating and Air Conditioning in the future.
